Terms & Disclaimers:

Apartment Agents reserves the right to modify all rebates, policies, disclaimers, etc. at anytime without notice. Apartment Agents has the right to change representation of any property without notice. The free move, free maid service, free iPod, or $100 reward will only be honored if you have met all the following terms and disclaimers.
 

1. You must have learned about your apartment community from Apartment Agents or gained knowledge about the apartment community from Apartment Agents, which prompted you to visit and lease at the community.
2. You must notify your agent before visiting the properties so your agent can register you with any properties that require us to do so.
3. Apartment Agents must be listed on all guest card(s), application(s), & lease agreement(s) as your referral source. All applicants (including roommates, spouses, etc.) are required to list Apartment Agents on all guest card(s), application(s), & lease agreement(s) as their referral source.
4. Your name must appear on the lease as an occupant.
5. You must sign a 6-month or longer lease.
6. Your rent must be a minimum of $600.00 after all concessions to qualify for the free move offer.  Your rent must be a minimum of $500.00 to qualify for the free maid service offer, free iPod offer, or the $100 cash reward offer.
7. Property must pay Apartment Agents a commission of no less then 50% of one month's rent.
8. You must stay current on your rent and do not break your lease contract.
9. No rewards are granted for renewing an existing lease.
10. You will not qualify for any offer if you transfer to a sister property. (A property that is owned or managed by the same company as the property you are moving from.)
11. You will not qualify for the a reward if you (or anyone leasing with you) have signed a previous lease agreement or have a previous relationship with the property.
12. You will not qualify for any offer if you found the property using services other than Apartment Agents.
13. If the property you select withholds its consent and doesn't pay Apartment Agents for the your lease, Apartment Agents will not be obligated to pay a reward. All offers are subject to the consent of the properties Apartment Agents represents.
14. You must submit for your reward within 30 days of moving into the property.
15. Once submitted, if the property listed on the reward form denies Apartment Agents a commission, then all reward offers will be void.
16. Only one person per lease is eligible to receive cash reward.  See what we move for free and what our maid service cleans for more information on our free move and free maid service.
17. Should you comply with all the reward rules and select the cash reward, you will receive a reward check at your new address anywhere from 3-12 weeks after your move-in date. Checks can arrive after 12 weeks in some cases.

1. All items, including clothing, must be properly boxed as well as taped top and bottom before our independently contracted moving company will begin move.
2. All items must be removed from all furniture, including entertainment centers, dressers, night stands, and chest of drawers.
3. Apartment Agents and our independently contracted moving company will not be responsible for damages caused to boxed items.
4. Apartment Agents and our independently contracted moving company will not be held responsible for damages caused to furniture made of particle board materials.
5. Apartment Agents and our independently contracted moving company reserve the right to waive responsibility for damages to any item they believe cannot be moved safely. When this occurs, a waiver form must be signed before the move.
6. Customer acknowledges that no partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between Apartment Agents and the independently contracted moving company is created when Apartment Agents contracts the moving services for customer.
7. Customer acknowledges that Apartment Agents is not a moving company.
8. Customer assumes the entire risk related to using Apartment Agents to facilitate a free move.
9. Our service area includes the local Dallas Fort Worth area only.
10. Apartment Agents and our independent moving company reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Client will receive a $100.00 cash reward if client has met all qualifications and is refused service.

1. Customer must be present or provide written consent to property management to allow access to residence prior to maid service arrival. If maid service is denied access to residence at time of arrival all reward offers will be void.
2. Customer must keep electric, water, and trash service turned on the day of scheduled maid service. If utilities are turned off when maid service arrives all reward offers will be void.
3. Customer acknowledges that in no way is Apartment Agents or it independently contracted maid service to be held responsible for customer getting their security deposit back from property.
4. Customer acknowledges that no partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between Apartment Agents and the independently contracted maid service is created when Apartment Agents contracts the cleaning services for customer.
5. Apartment Agents independently contracted maid service carries it's own certificate of liability insurance and in no way is Apartment Agents to be held responsible for damages or property claims as a result of facilitating a free cleaning service for customer.
6. Customer assumes the entire risk related to using Apartment Agents to facilitate a free maid service.

1. Customer acknowledges that iPod Nano reward is a Certified Refurbished iPod Nano from Apple computer. All refurbished items go through a stringent refurbishment process prior to sale and are covered by Apple's One- Year Limited Warranty.
2. Customer acknowledges that Apartment Agents does not guaranty the color of the iPod Nano reward. We only purchase neutral colors such as white, black, or silver.
3. Customer acknowledges that iPod Nano reward has a minimum of 1 GB of memory, but Apartment Agents reserves the right to purchase models with a larger memory capacity if available.
4. All iPods must be picked up at our office after Apartment Agents is paid our referral commission by property unless special consent by Apartment Agents management is given.

1. Property data, deals, and/or specials displayed on our website change frequently and often. Customers must contact their agent to get updated information on any community, deals, and/or specials shown on any Apartment Agents owned website.
2. Apartment listings provided by Apartment Agents to its customers are supplied and updated by a third party including all community information, pricing, and lease concessions. Apartment Agents cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information. Your agent can call the property directly to get updated pricing and specials at customers request. Pricing and specials change frequently and often.
3. Community data including pictures, floorplans, and descriptions listed on website is provided by a third party and Apartment Agents cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information. Efforts are done to maintain the accuracy of the information on a regular basis. Apartment Agents cannot and does not make any claims to guarantee the accuracy of the information.
