When should you begin your apartment search?
We recommend beginning your search 30 to 60 days before your
move date. This timeframe can give you access to a wider
variety of apartments in any number of neighborhoods across
the metroplex from Frisco to Fort Worth. Need to move

How do you search for my apartment?
Simply begin by contacting us and an experienced licensed
apartment specialist will put together a customized list of
apartments for you based on your needs. Your list of
apartments will include pictures, floor plans, details about
each community, as well as a map to the community. Please
feel free to contact your agent with any questions you may
have about the different communities. After you have
reviewed your apartment listings, your agent will contact
the apartments on your initial list that you are interested
in and call them to make sure they have an apartment
available for your move-in date and get you any and all
move-in specials and rent concessions available to lower
your rent. Our job is to find you the best apartment at the
lowest price and take all of the leg work out of finding
your next apartment so you are not spending time looking at
places that are not available for your move-date or do not
meet your needs. If at anytime your needs change or you
would like to search another area, just simply contact your
agent and he or she will put together another customized
list of apartments for you.

How do I get my $100 reward?
It’s simple. Just follow these steps:
1. Request your listings
Request a personalized list of apartments based on your
search criteria. Your custom apartment listings will have
pictures, floor plans, and details about each community.
Your agent will get you the best specials, check
availability, and answer any questions you might have. Need
another list? No problem.
2. Visit the properties
Visit the properties, listing Apartment Agents as the
referring source on your guest card when you first arrive.
When you decide on a property, list Apartment Agents and the
name of the agent who is helping you on your lease
application as shown in the picture on the right.
3. Claim your reward
Fill out our reward claim form. We will contact the property
to confirm your lease and then send you $100.00. It’s that
easy!
How do I get paid for using this
service?
We are paid a fee from the apartment community you select
and rebate $100 of our fee to you for using our service.
There are no "hidden charges" for our service to you. Our
fee comes from the apartment community’s advertising budget,
and does not affect your rent in any way. |
